We’re hiring a Grid Manager to lead grid connection strategy for UK renewable projects (solar, wind, BESS). You’ll manage DNO/NGESO applications, connection offers, and technical assessments from early-stage through to ready-to-build.

What You’ll Do

• Secure and manage grid connections across multiple sites

• Liaise with DNOs, NGESO, and consultants

• Optimise capacity, connection design, and costs

• Support planning, development, and delivery teams

What You Bring

• 3–5+ years in grid/connection roles (renewables preferred)

• Strong understanding of UK grid processes (G99, transmission/distribution)

• Detail-oriented with solid technical and regulatory knowledge
