​Site Manager – Solar PV / BESS (Electrical Experience Required)

Location: Hartlepool

Salary: Up to 70k

We are currently seeking a Site Manager to oversee construction of large-scale Solar PV and battery storage projects. Electrical experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage site activities from groundworks to commissioning

• Lead subcontractors & teams, ensuring quality and timelines

• Oversee electrical installation, testing & compliance

• Ensure HSE standards are met on site

• Coordinate with engineers and report progress

• Handle on-site challenges and resolve issues quickly

• Support system commissioning and project handover

Requirements:

• Proven site management experience in renewables

• Strong electrical knowledge (LV/MV systems)

• Familiar with HSE protocols and grid connection standards

• Confident communicator & team leader
